Shipping policy

We ship to all of Spain (mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands), the European Union (Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Ireland), Colombia and Peru. For now we don't ship to Ceuta, Melilla or other countries in the Americas.

Free shipping to Spain and the European Union. Colombia and Peru: €7.90. Processing: 1–3 business days. You'll receive your tracking number by email.

We ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. Import VAT or IGIC and any duties are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient to the carrier, usually with a handling fee. In the Canary Islands, orders up to €150 are exempt from IGIC. In Colombia, VAT (19%) and a duty of about 10% are paid on delivery. In Peru, orders up to USD 200 pay no import taxes. If you refuse the parcel to avoid paying these charges, we'll treat it as a withdrawal: we'll refund the amount paid minus the shipping and return costs.
